Last year I had pulled my back out pretty bad and the chiropractor that I was seeing at the time was unable to see me. After looking online, I found Dr. Bretz office and while he was quite a distance away, his reviews seemed worth it, plus his office was accommodating enough to fit me in that same day. The reviews don't do justice enough. Chris was built to be a chiropractor. I walked in with a height of probably 5'9-5'10, and when I left I was able to stand straight at 6'1. Not only does he do his job better than any other chiropractor I've been to before, but he's always welcoming and friendly. I feel like I'm going to visit one of my buddies everytime I see him rather than going to the doctor. I travel about an hour just to see him, but I can assure you, he is well worth the trip.

Was in ER in tears for my back pain. They wanted to give me meds and refer me to an orthopedic surgeon. By best friend picked me up and said “we’re going to get you fixed” and took me to Dr. Bretz. Within 15 minutes and 2 huge “pops” ALL MY PAIN WAS GONE! Thank you is not even close to the gratitude for literally handing my life and dignity back to me. What a fabulous place. I have been to many chiropractors over the years that didn’t really help me at all. Dr. Bretz is by far the best medical professional that has ever taken care of me. He has always gotten my injuries (aches and pains) 100% recovered so I can get back to playing tennis and training for triathlons full time. He is amazing and should be cloned. Legendary. I was in a car accident a couple months ago and I had no idea where to go for treatment or what to do because of how sensitive those areas are(back/neck). I was referred to dr.Bretz and at first I was nervous because I didn’t know what my injuries were fully, but they have done an amazing job in these last 2 months informing me about my situation and making me feel more comfortable in myself to pursue a better health. Now that I have a personalized plan around my situation , every day that I come in is progressive and fulfilling to my needs. Dr.Bretz specifically is an awesome guy and I have a lot of respect for him and the advice he has given me. The girls that work up front are always nice to me and very professional! Even if I come in with a bad mood I never leave in one so I’m very grateful for them and I would recommend them to anyone, weather you’re injured like me or just looking for alignments.

I moved to Sarasota 2 years ago and I’m grateful I found Dr Bretz. With so many Chiro’s around it’s hard to find professionals that actually know what they are doing. I’ve been dealing with neck and back pain for many years now. From the first visit with him taking x-rays and doing a bunch of tests to see what was actually wrong not just putting me on the table for an adjustment showed me he was good. The last two years I have been coming in and seeing him when needed and also for tune ups and it’s always been a great experience and felt much better after. New office management are compassionate and have gone above and beyond to try to help. We had a misunderstanding regarding insurance coverage, but it is apparent that there was some conflicting information on the UHC website. So glad we cleared that up!

I’ve been weary of any chiropractor all my adult life because of my severe anxiety of hearing the cringing sound of “ neck cracks”. I believed the bad hype of going to one after several car accidents I was involved in 30+ years ago. I was introduced to Dr. Bretz by my fiancé who swore to me that he is the best doctor he’s ever had that fixed him. He also said Dr. Bretz is kind, knowledgeable and can help me with my chronic back pain. I thought I’d give it go because I believe in trying and, at the time, was unable to walk unassisted. Let me say; Wow!!!! Dr. Bretz made special arrangements to see me because I was in so much pain. He listened, was gentle and asked a lot of questions after taking an X-ray. He immediately knew my issue and explained the treatment plan and started out very gentle knowing my extreme fear and anxiety. To make this review short and to the point; I left his office WALKING by myself and had tears of joy for how he was able to help me beyond my expectations. He did it! I did it! 😁 If you have similar feelings as I do about going to a chiropractor but suffer from chronic back pain, I HIGHLY recommend his clinic! Faith, his front office staff girl is kind and very pleasant which makes the first impression upon walking in the clinic extremely calming. My quality of life has greatly improved following his recommended treatment plan. I feel like the strong athletic person I was years ago! Thank you Dr. Bretz! #patientuntilyouretire

Tired of the same old crack and go? Then this is where you go. He will spend the time needed to accomplish your goal . I've been going to chiropractic care since I was 12. This is totally new and much better adjustments and results.

Dr. Bretz is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is listening to me understands my condition and explains his treatments. I have seen at least five other medical professionals for an injury that nobody could or would treat. I know that chiropractic treatment doesn't work for everybody but it's working for me. I've been able to reduce my pain medication at least 75% since he started treating me. Appointments are easy to get, messages are returned and he does not push treatments that I don't need or want.

They have given me my life and mobility back. I have been getting Chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Brett for the last 4 years and he has helped me so much. Recently I had pain in my knees and so I had an MRI on both. It showed tears on both knees in the meniscus, ACL and various other issues. Dr. Elyse started injections to help heal and lubricate to prepare it for PRP. In October my knee was huge and sore and I could not bend it very far. Now there is no more swelling and I I can move freely. I work as an actress which is very physical and I thought my career was going to be put on hold or over. Dancing, jumping twisting is a part of every work day. I did not miss one day of shows and I can do everything with no pain. If you find yourself with pain please visit Dr. Elyse and Dr. Brett. I can not thank them enough for all they do.

All-In-One Medical Clinic is by far THE BEST clinic I have ever been to or even heard of. If I could give then a 10 star review I would. This place was so great that I seen 1 person had given it a 1 star review so I actually took the time to scroll down past all of the 5 star reviews, all 45 of them I think, to make it to this one 1 star review. The person claims they had a scheduling mix up, which happens everywhere. But I can guarantee that what this person didn't go on to say in their review was how the team at All-In-One made sure to fix it with professionalism and courtesy. I don't write many reviews, only when I feel that people need to know how great a place is and of alm the reviews I have made All-In-One is by far THE BEST place I have ever took the time out of my busy day to leave a detailed review on how great they are. From Dr. Bretz who is very kind and gives you the time and listens to your issue and then does his best to fix it. And then there is Mickey who does a great job with the rest of the team to run the therapy and front office. And I saved the best for last, Elyse!! She has gone out of her way on many occasions, most of the time on her days off or even after she is done working (which is never) because she gives her entire heart and soul into this great business. I actually sent them an Edible Arrangements to thank then for everything they do. This is the actual truth, so if you're looking for a Chiropractor or even just a PC then ask yourself, how good does a clinic have to be for someone to send them a bunch of Chocolate Covered Strawberries?!?! And we all know how great those are! So please give them a chance and I guarantee you that you will fall in love with everyone who is involved with All-In-One Medical Clinic. Also not to forget they just upgraded offices and have all of the state of the art machines that are designed to help get you back on your feet. I had to have 2 vertebrae removed due to a car accident and I can honestly say I'll never be 100% again but the crew at All-In-One makes me feel like I am at 110%!! SO STOP READING AND GO THERE!!!

I first went to see Dr. Bretz after I felt like my regular chiropractor wasn't making any progress with an ankle/foot issue that started in April. Dr. Bretz and his professional and friendly team spent a lot of time to ask many questions including level of pain in different parts of my body beyond just my foot/ankle. Very thorough! Dr. Bretz adjusted me from head to toe and then the Physical Therapist took over. Ultrasound, muscle manipulation and stretching techniques. Again, very thorough. It took just a few visits to get me back to normal and back to the gym. I'm very happy with my decision to set up that first appointment.

These folks are incredible they get to know you and your situation. They take the time to talk to you about how you are feeling. And from the time I first stepped in the door I was made to feel like family everyone truly makes you feel at ease and comfortable.
